We're in planning season. Pre-orders for cut flowers and arrangements open in April.

Cut Flowers & Arrangements

Seasonal cut flowers harvested directly from the garden and arranged by hand — nothing held in cold storage, nothing sourced from a wholesaler. Bouquets reflect what's at peak in the garden that week: climbing roses and peonies in late spring, zinnias and dahlias through summer, and foliage-forward arrangements as the season winds down. Available from May through October, made to order with a short lead time. Reach out to check availability before the season you have in mind.

Raised Bed Produce & Herbs

Fresh vegetables and culinary herbs from the raised beds on the east side of the property. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and greens through summer; root vegetables and cold-hardy greens into fall. Herbs are available throughout the growing season — basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, French tarragon, and more depending on the week. Availability shifts with the season; get in touch to find out what's currently being harvested.

Sourdough

Made-to-order sourdough from a long-running starter maintained on the property. The loaves are consistent — a country-style levain with a medium crumb and a good crust — and available on a rolling basis rather than a fixed bake schedule. Order with a few days of lead time. Pickup in Roanoke. This is not a bakery operation; it's home baking done well and available to neighbors who want it.

Preserved Goods

Small-batch pickles, preserves, and seasonal pantry items made from the garden harvest. Quantities are genuinely limited — this is single-kitchen production using produce from the property, so availability follows what the raised beds and garden produce in a given season. Expect cucumber pickles, herb vinegars, and whatever else the harvest makes possible. Inquire in summer for fall availability.
